Timeslicer 1.8.4

Timeslicer 1.8.4 connects your ticket tracker, so the work it already records can be matched to the tickets your team tracks.

Integrations

• Settings has an Integrations tab. Connect Jira, Linear, GitHub or Attio.
• Timeslicer reads the tickets assigned to you, and writes nothing back to your tracker.
• Jira, Linear and Attio connect by signing in through your browser. GitHub asks for a read-only token.
• Disconnecting deletes the token and the copied tickets from your computer.

Your work, matched to tickets

• When a sitting of work belongs to a ticket you have open, the task shows that ticket in the block's detail view, with a link to it.
• A wrong match can be removed from the same place, and it stays removed.
• Your AI can now answer what you spent on a ticket this week, and which of your open tickets got no time at all.

Teams

• Each member connects their own tools. Their tickets travel with their day, so a manager can see progress per ticket without anyone updating a board by hand.

Fixes

• AI coding sessions are named correctly again. Claude and ChatGPT both changed their windows, which had left some sessions labelled with the wrong conversation.
• A damaged local database is now repaired instead of quietly tracking nothing.
• Connecting Claude to Timeslicer no longer depends on a developer flag.
