Timeslicer Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 16, 2025

1. General Policy

We stand by Timeslicer’s value and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your payment. Refunds are processed through Stripe and are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank’s processing time.

2. How to Request a Refund

Self-Service:

You may request a refund directly via the Stripe portal (link provided in your subscription email/Timeslicer dashboard), or by contacting us at support@timeslicer.app.

No Questions Asked:

We honor all eligible refund requests with no need to provide a reason.

3. Eligibility

Refunds are available for first-time purchases of any Timeslicer paid plan within 14 days of payment.

  • Recurring subscriptions: Only the latest payment is eligible for a refund. Prior payments or charges outside the 14-day window are not eligible.
  • Trials: If you are on a free trial, you will not be charged unless you choose to upgrade. There is nothing to refund unless a payment has occurred.

4. Abuse of Refund Policy

To maintain fairness for all users, we monitor refund activity for potential abuse. Abuse includes but is not limited to:

  • Repeated refund requests across multiple accounts or devices
  • Circumventing time limits (e.g., using multiple emails/IP addresses to reset trials/refunds)
  • Using the product for a substantial period, repeatedly requesting refunds, and then continuing usage

If we determine abuse, we may:

  • Deny future refund requests
  • Terminate or suspend your Timeslicer account(s) and block access to our services
  • Take additional legal action where appropriate

5. Additional Notes

Permanent Account Ban:

Accounts banned for refund abuse may lose all access to Timeslicer, including both paid and free tiers.

Legal Reservation:

We reserve the right to change, update, or terminate this policy at any time, and to make decisions on a case-by-case basis in circumstances of suspected fraud or abuse.

Stripe Processing:

All refunds are subject to Stripe’s terms and processing timelines. Timeslicer is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or Stripe.
